Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in a Finance Manager role with proven finance management.
· Degree in accounting or equivalent
· Experience in the planning and financial setup of overseas subsidiaries
· Proficiency and experience in the usage of any highly recognized ERP software.
· Experience in the requirements and setup of new ERP software system
· Knowledge of handling statutory legislation and regulations in the overseas subsidiaries (eg. Europe, USA, China) we are/ will be present would be an advantage
· Analytical and comfortable with sophisticated database/reporting tools to generate management reports
· Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals with auditing experience.
· Able to meet tight deadlines & respond to fast pace working attitude
· Compliance oriented.
Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager
· Brainstorm, plan and setup the group’s tax structure and income recognition (including all overseas subsidiaries) that is the most beneficial for Comopack.
· Responsible for the preparation of the Comopack’s group financial statements.
· Develop our internal accounting software for global usage to ensure proper, complete, and accurate record-keeping within the accepted accounting principles.
· Prepares and provides financial statements, sales reports, commission reports, analysis, and other reports on a scheduled or unprompted basis.
· Evaluates departmental performance and makes adjustments to daily operations when needed to ensure the department meets overall goals and objectives.
· Works directly with multiple departments, Sales, Operations and IT on new or modified, sales orders.
· Track and maintain Comopack’s global subsidiaries financial performance, reports, tax and other matters.
· Confers with upper management about budgeting and reviewing strategies to meet overall goals and objectives.
