Our client is an aerospace and aviation company. They are looking for a Temp Customer Support Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews customer orders to understand needs.
- Manages and updates customer orders in the ERP system.
- Works with warehouse and other departments to resolve orders promptly.
- Prioritizes orders based on delivery dates and analyzes if additional input is needed.
- Uses the ERP system to research and resolve order issues.
- Modifies and addresses pending orders.
- Ensures timely shipment for critical orders through coordination with other teams.
- Monitors and expedites urgent orders.
- Resolves customer claims with various departments and recommends corrective actions.
- Manages part usage and demand for contracts and programs in collaboration with Customer, Sales, and Planning teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Work experience in warehouse environment
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
