JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the outlet, includes perform outlet opening and closing duties (cashiering, ordering, outlet cleanliness, etc.).
- Enforce standard operating procedures and adhere to food & safety procedures.
- Conduct inventory stock check.
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be knowledgeable of the overall menu; be able to promote ice-cream and make tailored recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/shop.
- Ensure safe distancing is maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in the service/F&B industry is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
- Friendly service, driven and passionate about work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
- Self-driven and possess good learning attitude.
- Independent and able to multi task.
- With Food Hygiene Certificate or related preferred.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
