Job Description

  • Spearhead local marketing and communications campaign for product launches and strategic partnerships. This includes marketing materials across all touch points e.g. brand application, messaging, client gifts, events, website, advertising, advertorials and product marketing / training materials.
  • Work with the Group’s Corporate Communication and Advertising team to execute “above-the-line” advertising across media channels in Singapore and Southeast Asia and where relevant, selected pan-Asian media outlets.
  • Drive and contribute to the Group’s PR strategy implementation in Singapore and South Asia markets, working with the Group’s Press and Communication teams and where required, with an appointed PR agency, to develop and pitch ideas to external media channels. Including writing and editing press releases and where relevant, repurpose research and thought leadership publications and other material for media consumption.
  • Organise portfolio manager visits and roadshows; plan and manage client luncheons, client events and where relevant, work with the Group’s Events Management team to run larger regional client conferences and other sponsored third-party events.
  • Produce and update marketing collateral, ranging from product/strategy presentations and flyers, sales brochures, videos and other product information.
  • Tailor and adapt marketing materials originating from international teams to local or regional needs and ensure all marketing material produced are in strict compliance with defined legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure the corporate website is up‐to‐date with the latest marketing collateral, fund factsheets, fund commentaries, videos and other promotional material. Highlight website issues and partner relevant central teams to resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory of corporate gifts and manage the procurement process of new or existing gift items.
  • Plan and manage budget as well as oversee obtaining the necessary approvals for marketing expenditure and in processing invoices.
  • Manage multiple agencies for day-to-day marketing tasks as well as campaign planning and execution. From creative, events, merchandise, video, graphic designers, PR and media buy agencies.
  • Conduct research and work closely with sales teams to develop new sales ideas and materials for new funds or to re‐position existing funds.
  • Work closely with central marketing project or production teams to support regional project implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in broad aspects of marketing and communications activities, including implementation of digital/social media strategy, event management, public relations, running of fund launch campaign, internal communications, brand & advertisement, and assist in marcom budget management.
