Bar Manager / Assistant Manager (Full-Time)
- Schedule: 5 PM to 1 AM, 5-6 days a week, depending on experience
- Salary: $3,000/month with Commission Bonus
- Commission Bonus: Eligible when the bar hits minimum sales targets.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related field.
- Outgoing, sociable personality with a talent for making friends with customers.
- Proficient in social media and digital marketing.
- Passionate about international craft beers, Korean liquors, and Korean cuisine.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Part-Time Team Member
- Schedule: 6 PM to 11 PM, Wednesday to Sunday
- Salary: $15/hour
- Requirements:
- Energetic and friendly, with a love for interacting with people.
- Keen interest in Korean culture and beverages.
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a talent for creating a welcoming environment.
