As the Product Manager at Parcel Perform, you will be responsible for developing our SME strategy and its products and contributing to the growth of Parcel Perform and Parcel Monitor.
You will be a key player and have the ability to shape the future roadmap of our key product, working closely with a dynamic cross functional team of engineers, designers and sales.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our diverse and fast-growing Product team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has passion for all things, enjoys keeping up with the latest technologies and is keen on finding new ways to drive the growth of our leading data & delivery experience platform.
This is a hybrid role based in Singapore.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute product strategy for products.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product development decisions.
- Define product requirements, write user stories, and create product roadmaps.
- Bridge the gap between business and technology - enable our engineers to create the insights that our clients are looking for.
- Define high level themes, functionality and features based on customer use cases and applications.
- Identify and prioritize new product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Drive innovation within your product area by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in any discipline.
- 3-4 years of product management-related work experience. Exposure to high-growth environments, startups, SaaS-businesses or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong understanding and exposure to a range of product development life cycle models and multiple development principles and practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and managing different stakeholders is expected.
- Ability to communicate with both technical teams and customer facing teams is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulation of customer problems.
- An entrepreneurial mindset - you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and thrive in ambiguity, and getting the work done.
