Responsibilities:
1. **Digital Project Planning:**
- Develop detailed project plans for 2D and 3D animations, live action, gamifications, and other digital services.
- Collaborate with creative teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. **Execution and Production:**
- Lead project teams in the execution of digital media projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with animators, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to meet project milestones.
3. **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
- Foster collaboration between creative, technical, and business teams to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth project workflows.
4. **Client Communication:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Gather and understand client requirements to ensure project alignment with their vision.
5. **Resource Management:**
- Manage resources efficiently, including talent, equipment, and software tools, to optimize project outcomes.
- Work with the production team to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
6. **Quality Assurance:**
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in digital media production.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure deliverables meet client and internal expectations.
7. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and client communications.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Animation, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the digital media industry.
- Familiarity with 2D and 3D animation processes, live action production, and gamification.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Unreal Engine 5.3 proficiency is compulsory.
