Job Description:
· Verify invoices accuracy and reconcile vendor statements.
· Handle day-to-day accounting duties.
· Clerical support and admin duties.
· Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payment issues.
· Perform data entries and documents filing.
· Liaising with suppliers and vendors.
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement:
· Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification
· Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking customers & suppliers
· Minimum 1 year related experience preferred
· Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Salary will be commensurate based on experience
· Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage
