Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Day to day admin work
  • Banking only when urgent
  • Cash collection quarterly maintenance fees
  • Facilities booking proper record and no double booking
  • Answer call from resident Feedback to Manager Organize and stayback when there is function
  • Application for Resident Pass Assist Manager on arrears filing
  • Access card, moving, renovation
  • Collection sinking fund collection, Petty Cash
  • Answer feedback and queries

Requirements

  • Minmium 2-3 years experience with similar industry would be advantageous
  • No experience are welcomed to apply
  • Able to start work immediately would be advantageous
