Morgan McKinley is hiring a Customer Service Specialist (Fraud) - Banking to join the team for a 12 months contract with possibility to extend or to go permanent!
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate potential fraud cases, including reviewing account activity, verifying customer information, and interviewing customers.
- Contact customers to gather information about suspected fraud and explain the next steps.
- Process fraud claims and issue replacement cards or accounts.
- Work with other departments, such as security and operations, to identify and prevent fraud trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers who have been impacted by fraud.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Experience with fraud investigations or fraud prevention is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- 5 working days, 1 rest day and 1 off day per week (42.5 hours per week)
- Staggered shift hours: 8.5 working hours between 7 am to 10pm + 1-hour meal break in between
