Our client is one of the leading player in Retail Comsumer Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a IT Support Manager to join their IT Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Changi – easily accessible.
Duties of IT Support Manager:
- Spearhead and oversee comprehensive IT management activities, covering Application Management, Project Management, Solution Delivery, Management and Control, Supplier/Vendor/Contractor Management, and Internal IT Workforce Management.
- Implement information security policies across all IT functions, conduct periodic assessments, identify gaps, and ensure the effective resolution of identified issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and lead the initiation, evaluation, and prioritization of projects and process improvements, emphasizing quality and maximizing ROI.
- Supervise all projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and adherence to project management principles, including robust Risk Management practices.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience, highly preferably from retail industry
