Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the engineering function, aligning it with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes, methodologies, and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and changes to ensure that MegaGen provides industry best practice in the delivery of Engineering services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects.
- Develop and manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to meet business requirements.
- Oversee engineering design, development, testing, and implementation processes to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify skills gaps, and provide mentoring and training opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in engineering and related industries to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team and across the organization.
Requirements:
- Posses Degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of experience as Engineering Manager
- Possess strong engineering knowledge in facilities to provide technical advice to client.
