Job Description:
You will be responsible for the design and development of firmware implemented on SoCs used for graphics processing used in Automotive and Industrial segments. You will work within a group of software & system engineers and liaise with overseas engineering teams to prepare specifications, develop software including device drivers and create innovative solutions to meet the latest technological requirements of ADAS, clusters & other automotive applications. The role will include customer engagements alongwith sales & marketing teams with the mission of achieving sales, enhancing user experience and improving quality of life using technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer/Electronics engineering
- >3yrs experience working on embedded software development preferably on graphics processing or image sensing firmware
- Strong analytical and technical skills in firmware development on SoCs, Microcontrollers and/or DSPs with experience on working on various RTOS
- Very good understanding of device driver development, middleware and software applications on embedded systems
- Experience in developing software for automotive applications will be an advantage
- Knowledge of different types of IDEs, software development tools, embedded linux/android development platforms will be an advantage
- Knowledge of basic hardware troubleshooting using scope/meter/monitoring-tools is an added advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Good project coordination and leadership skills
