Key Responsibilities:
- Track the quality of parts and products in the field
- Maintaining quality records
- Trending and highlighting quality of parts and products for corrective actions.
- Follow up on quality matters till final disposition.
- Conduct meeting with related departments and vendors
- Documentation of inspection processes
- Training and developing Technicians and Vendors
- Investigation of failures in the field and propose solution
- Comply with the EHS procedures
- Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing and Precision Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in Quality control and/or related work
- At least 2 years’ experience in ISO9001/ISO45001 related quality system and in use of the quality tools
