Key Responsibilities:
•Provide on-site technical support for IT Infra and devices.
•Perform basic hardware and software support and troubleshooting.
•Manage user accounts and access through Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
•Manage and maintain the company's network, including Wi-Fi and VPN services.
•Administer and oversee Azure infrastructure services such as Virtual Machines, Load Balancer,Storage and maintain network infrastructure for optimal performance.
•Propose and execute improvements to enhance server efficiency, security, and scalability.
•Contribute to the planning and implementation of IT projects, including company expansioninitiatives.
•Respond to daily operations and business-as-usual (BAU) requirements for applications.
•Support on company security policies on VMs, network configurations, and user devices.
•Participate in audits and compliance assessments related to company's security strategy.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•Proven experience in on-site technical support and user assistance.
•Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 user account management, and Intunedevice management.
•Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machine, Load Balancer and Storage.
•Good understanding of Windows operating system. Foundational familiarity with Linux serverenvironments is a plus.
•Familiarity with network management, including Wi-Fi, VPN services, switching and routingfundamentals.
•In-depth knowledge of endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune is a plus.
•Knowledge in support of security policies on VMs, networks, and devices.
•Team player who is willing to support team members and co-ordinate between crossfunctional teams.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and possess good problem-solving skills.
