Job Description:
- Maintain relationships with clients,
- Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints,
- Assist the local sales team in the management of clients' FX transaction orders from end to end,
- Assist the local sales team in client onboarding, and
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- At least a recognised Diploma in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline(s);
- No experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Someone who is self-motivated, merticulous, mathematically inclined, has good teamwork and proficient in both English and Mandarin languages.
