• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware products, such as SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
• Identify and coordinate issues and critically evaluate them to define problems, and develop proactive plans for resolution and prevention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve database-related issues
• Conduct performance tuning activities designed to optimize data management processes, and recommend performance enhancements to achieve SLAs
• Maintain and update technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices
• Experience in Weblogic to configure the queues and data sources; and debug logs in case of server failures
• Prior experience in Oracle SOA Suite and OSB would be ideal
