ICT Project Manager (Applications)
A Project Manager is required to:
· Oversee the day-to-day IT operations of the existing application systems;
· Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project or change requests on schedule, within scope and budget;
· Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the client;
· Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular tender specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation & award;
· Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables;
· Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management;
· Ensure compliance to Government’s IM8 policies and client’s ICT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
· Follow-up and ensure audit findings are addressed;
· Follow-up and ensure the compliance to the remediation timeline for security vulnerability scanning;
· Perform systems log review;
· During project maintenance, lead the application maintenance and support services covering:
a. Contract Management;
b. Service Level Management (SLA);
c. Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritisation);
d. Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure);
e. Audit and Security Services; and
f. Risk Management.
