We are looking for a HR Administrator on a 6 months contract to mainly assisting with rebadging process and other administrative matters.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in rebadging process such as printing of staff ID, update HRIS system and prepare notification letter to employees.
- Assist in registering employee faces in the biometric time attendance machine.
- Develop and maintain electronic personnel files and ensure all manual personnel files are accurately filed/converted into electronic personnel files.
- Assist in archiving old records.
- Assist payroll in verifying time attendance.
- Carry out administrative duties (e.g. data entry, copying, binding, scanning etc).
- Resolve administrative problems and implement improvements to make them more efficient.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Meticulous and task-oriented
- Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
- Students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Education Requirements:
- At least GCE A Levels or any Diploma.
