DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market the programme to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.
- Handle inquiries on programme from external parties
- Evaluate applications based on the programme criteria
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and facilitate matching between applicants and participating companies
- Follow-up and monitor the status of applicants, study award matches and grant funding through working closely with participating companies
- Provide day-to-day administrative support which includes collation of information, processing applications, maintenance of applicants’ database and records, generating reports, preparation of documents and filling, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably a Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience. (Fresh Graduates may apply)
- An extrovert and vibrant personality would be an value-add
- Posses strong planning and organizing skill
- A good team player and results-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
