Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the COO and be responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of HR and office management functions.

Your new role

Human Resource

• Implement, monitor, and update HR policies and staff handbook that are aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices.

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies while staying updated on any changes that might impact the organization.

Office Management

• Manage the day-to-day administrative operations, including but not limited to office facilities and external relationships.

• Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes to enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

• Manage company records and maintain a cloud-based documentation storage system.

• Support senior management with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.

• Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses in collaboration with the finance department.

• Other tasks as delegated.

Your Profile and what you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with MOM and MAS regulations.

• Proficiency in systems, software, and productivity tools, such as Employment Hero HR software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, adeptly managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, allowing for effective interaction with employees and vendors.
