Job Description
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Manage facility and general office administration (ie. pantry, stationary inventory etc)
- Monitoring of contracts expiry for office equipment and services
- Solicit and analyze quotations from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance works
- Carry out daily routine inspection of all building structure / plumbing and sanitary items, cleanliness and report any defects, breakdowns
- Prepare weekly/monthly expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Petty cash management
- Manage Company insurance administration (ie. Group insurance, motor insurance)
- Coordinate and administer Training related activities
- Responsible for Leave Administration
- Plan & organise Company event
- Any task assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Min Diploma Business Management or other related field
- At least 2 years of Admin/HR experience
- Strong computer, organizational skills with excellent attention to details
- People oriented with ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
- Good analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently
- Ability to multi-task and get things done in a timely manner
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Will commensurate with Qualification and Experience
Monday to Friday: 8am – 5.45pm
