My client is a A1 main contractor in Singapore is hiring multiple Design Engineer to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure design drawings align with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and propose solutions for technical challenges, while overseeing and reporting on the progress of shop drawing production.
- Compile technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and C&S shop drawings.
- Address construction-related issues on drawings and maintain close communication with Architectural, M&E teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise a team of BIM Modelers tasked with producing coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and possess relevant design experience in collaboration with contractors.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Registered Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore preferred.
- Proficiency in British and Singapore Design Standards is essential.
- Demonstrate independence, analytical thinking, strong motivation, and exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
