Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief Growth Officer to join our dynamic team at Redfin Technologies. As the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our film and sport mobile apps. You will collaborate with various departments, including technical (backend/frontend engineers), digital ads, marketing, Website Operations, and the Product team, to design and implement strategies that attract and retain users, enhance the user experience, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve aggressive user acquisition and revenue targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including product operations, digital marketing, website operations, and the Product team, to drive growth initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Drive the optimization of user acquisition campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Google, iOS, Twitter, and others to maximize cost-effectiveness and acquire high-quality traffic.
- Possess a deep understanding of user acquisition and traffic generation techniques, including knowledge of obtaining online traffic from different countries and regions.
- Work closely with the Website Operations team to align product strategies with the market requirements of various market.
- Collaborate with the Website Operations team to identify cultural nuances and user preferences in these markets and incorporate them into the product and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product team to translate user insights, market trends, and business requirements into product features, enhancements, and roadmap planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user engagement and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) metrics.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user surveys to identify user needs, preferences, and trends.
- Translate user insights into actionable product features, enhancements, and user experience improvements.
- Develop and execute A/B testing plans to optimize key product metrics and drive user engagement.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to film and sport websites and mobile apps.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on driving growth and revenue in the digital space.
- Strong understanding of website and mobile app development processes, user experience principles, and technical concepts.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including user acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
- Track record of successfully driving daily active users (DAU) to at least 100,000 or higher and increasing user engagement and traffic are preferable.
- Experience in deploying and managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, iOS, Twitter, etc., to maximize cost-effectiveness and acquire high-quality traffic.
- Proficiency in obtaining online traffic from different countries and regions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and align product strategies with the market requirements of various market.
- Ability to incorporate cultural nuances and user preferences into the product and marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Passion and experiencee for films, sports, media, tools website product & navigation stations is highly desirable.
