We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Adminstration Clerks to be responsible for managing and maintaining the efficient operation of an organisation's daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilites:
- Answer phone calls and respond to email
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare reports and documents
- Organise and maintain filing and record systems
- Manage budgets and process financial tasks
- Ensure office environment is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Provide administrative support to other departments and staff members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Translator for Chinese Product. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
