Summary:
Manage the daily operations of the beauty cosmetics counter, ensuring the highest level of customer service and maintaining brand standards.
Scope:
• Lead and inspire a team of beauty advisors, providing guidance, training, and coaching to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Set sales targets and monitor performance, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering tailored beauty solutions and developing a loyal client base.
• Effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and product assortment to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with the store management team to execute promotional activities, events, and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the beauty cosmetics industry is highly desirable.
• A deep passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
• Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
