Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive proposals for water treatment projects, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, technical specifications and deadlines
- Provide technical expertise in the design, analysis and optimization of water treatment systems and require to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Identify cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining high quality standards
- Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives and innovative solutions in water treatment processes
- Work closely with various departments to gather technical responses as part of the bid clarification by clients
- Manage proposal timelines, resources and schedules to ensure timely and successful submission of proposals
- Edit or review proposal or technical clarification content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with project specifications
- Review costing prepared to ensure accuracy and reliability of the estimation while protecting the minimum profit margin expected
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experiences within the water treatment or environmental engineering industry
- Proven experience in process design and proposal management within the water treatment industry
- In-depth knowledge of various water treatment technologies and process engineering principles preferably for oil & gas industry
- Excellent people management skill with the ability to manage a team of proposal engineers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
