Job Description:
· Advise management on EHS legal and other requirements,, including their changes.
· Ensure provision in legal requirement such as WSH Act and WSH (Construction) Regulations are complied with.
· Review company’s safety performance and formulate measures to achieve continuous improvement.
· Review company safety resources and provide recommendations to management to meet EHS requirement.
· To arrange with senior management and laisse with projects to conduct monthly safety site walk.
· Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project/Site Manager.
Requirements:
· Accredited WSHO and ECO with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
· Possess a Diploma in Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety.
· Demonstrated proficiency in organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Capable of leading WSHOs, offering supervision, guidance, and instructions to all safety personnel.
· Sound understanding of government regulations pertaining to Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental domains.
· Well-versed in OSH/ISO documentation.
