Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Expertise:Provide technical expertise in laboratory setup, including equipment selection, workflow design, and safety protocols. Collaborate with hospital laboratory staff to understand and meet technical specifications.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer:Conduct training sessions for hospital laboratory personnel on new equipment, procedures, and protocols. Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure seamless integration of laboratory facilities.
- Risk Management:Identify and address potential risks associated with laboratory setup projects. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
