The Intern is the main contact person to liaise and support clients in their event ticketing needs from end to end, including gathering of event details, putting events on sales, marketing support to the event day operations. This role reports to the Client Success Manager.
- Maintain and enhance the business relationships with assigned clients.
- Key liaison point for clients on event details and support.
- Ensure that events details are accurately configured into the ticketing system and promptly disseminated to all sales channels.
- Assist clients in their ticket inventory management and maximize ticket sales.
- Resolve any ticketing issues that may occur.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical departments to support the clients’ requirements and needs in areas of marketing and ticketing system.
- Assist in data analysis, preparation of monthly sales and management reports.
- Handle ad hoc projects and any other duties assigned.
