- Handle circulating of internal credit limit application by performing basic checks (includes basic verification of the authenticity of the financial sheets and essential translation of financial statements when needed) in Risk Management and Control Dept
- Handle the customer/vendor/staff code registration by performing basic checks. Inform relevant parties e.g. Treasury team and applicant after verification is completed
- Generate monthly Overdue and Over Credit report. Identify overdue and overcredit items. Prepare summary table by entry of customer’s name and overdue/overcredit amount and distribute to business dept for their updates.
- Send the verified Monthly Summary Report to concerned parties.
- Collect overdue/overcredit from business dept and input the reasons and status/comments/ to the Monthly Report and submit to PIC for regional report collation.
- Prepare Monthly Condition Check report and ensure submission from Business dept.
- When necessary, handles the Credit Limit applications, Rescheduling applications & Delivery After Overdue which includes the complete routing process. From receiving applications from business unit, recording, circulating, and returning from other relevant administrative departments and notification.
Other requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting and Finance
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
