Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including testing and commissioning.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for customer equipment onsite/workshop.
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping of all work performed.
- Adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
- Provide 24/7 customer service support.
- Traveling to regional countries, wherever necessary.
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company.
Candidate Requirements:
- NITEC (NTC 2/3) or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC equipment maintenance/repair.
- Knowledge of BMS System and HVAC Control is an added advantage.
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Availability for emergency calls and onsite visits during off-duty hours
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving License
