We are seeking a proactive professional who can seamlessly manage our e-commerce platform, enhance order processing, explore new sales opportunities, and handle customer interactions effectively.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Order Processing: Process order fulfillment from order receipt to shipment. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely deliveries.
Customer Feedback and Complaints: Handle and report customer feedback and complaints, addressing issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What Do We Want
At least a GCE 'O' Level
Must have at least 1-year experience in Sales Admin field
Strong communication skills
Able to take new challenges positively and adopt to changes
Able to work independently, proactive with good working attitude
Strong organisation skills and ability to multi-task with competing priorities
