The Project Director is responsible for all phases of the project, including working with contract department at tender stage, designing and implementing project plans to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
We are currently pipelining for suitable candidates to lead future projects.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Lead assigned employees in the timely execution of project to delivery within budget with responsibility for productivity and performance.
- Manage material resources and ensure profitability of assigned project/s.
- Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise as required on project.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- To make sure that information is properly & timely disseminated to project team to ensure progress milestones are approved.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE board or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years’ engineering experience in delivering projects of magnitude in Civil projects. At least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design and Contracts Management.
- Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from start to hand over).
- Familiar with LTA project regulations and tender requirements.
