Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including keeping record of the contracts and agreements, maintain Operations documentations and fleet management records.
- To monitor closely the day-to-day functionality of the vehicles and provide support to the Operations in liaising with sales, logistices team and customers on operations matters when necessary.
- Responsible in preparing quotations and invoices.
- Assist and support Sales Representative on customer queries in relation to order fulfillment documentation aspect.
- Assist in operations updates, routing planning for the vehicles to achieve optimization.
- Assist in general comminucation with customers on arrivals and necessary updates over phone.
- Assist in marketing updates, partipate in marketing campaines and organizations
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, some malay and dialect is an advantage
- Good in spoken comminucations with customers and co-workers
- Able to speak, read and type Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills in handing general enquiries
- Eyes for details, meticulous and initiative self driven
- Able to solve problems indenpently and complete tasks assidned
- 2 years experience in office admin and operations work is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
