As Customer Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the following tasks and topics:
- In the customer solutioning group, you would be responsible for designing and developing the entire digital twin offering for energy and industrial infrastructure.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine the right solution construct for a given business problem and come up with solution blueprint, which is reliable, safe, and scalable.
- You will be responsible for all the processes including customer/ stakeholder management, pre-sales activities, site audits, on-site technical discussions, proposal creations etc.
- Harmonize multiple engineering streams on a single platter and connect the dots to form a meaningful solution that can be offered to our customer.
- You will be responsible to take technology related decisions for various customer projects.
- Help grow business in the APJ region by contributing to your capacity in customer pitches, technology evaluations, vendor evaluation and management, etc.
- Staying abreast with various latest measurement, automation and monitoring technologies which forms the basis of Industry 4.0 to address various business problems.
- Collaborating with the platform development team to customize and modify the digital twin solution architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials or related fields from a reputed institution
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales role
- Exceptional skills in physics, mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms
- Concrete understanding of Digital Twin Solution construct
- Ability to design and realize the project from end to end which entails connecting multiple domains to stitch a complete digital twin solution
- Bridge gap between business problem and technology solutions
- Ability to Comprehend first Principles based models required for Digital Twin Projects
- Ability to connect engineering to data science
- Experience/ Understanding of physics informed and first-principle based AI
- Very good understanding of Industrial machines and mechanical aspects
- Good understanding of signal processing and industrial grade sensors
- Good stakeholder management and presentation skills
