Admin & Accounts Assistant

Sales Administration

  • Point of contact for Project & Export sales
  • Generate sales invoices & track sales orders to ensure no missed deliveries
  • Process stock transfers
  • Process consignment requests upon approval
  • Monitor consignment stock


Finance / HR

  • Manage AP/AR and bank reconciliation
  • HR administration (e.g. pantry/office supplies), staff benefits and leave management
  • Involve in any HR and Finance ad-hoc duties as assigned
