Roles and Responsibility (Assistant Centre Head / Centre Head) :
- Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures
- Staff supervision and mentoring
- Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of school facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment
- Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrolment targets
- Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training
- Ensure compliance with PlayFACTO school policies, regulations, and standards
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report, etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director / Centre Head.
Requirements (Assistant Centre Head / Centre Head) :
- Minimum diploma and above (WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage)
- Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
- Demonstrate eloquence in communication, both written and verbal
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse challenges and situations in a school environment
- At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
