You will be responsible for providing quick and effective engineering solutions to daily production issues, support NPI, custom product opportunities and capability development. You will also play a key role and contribute to longer-term continuous/process improvements to shape productivity.

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing routine analysis using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.
  • Collecting or providing technical information. Executing routine but complex analysis.
  • Providing support for Cost Out, Utilization Savings, Product Value initiatives & Plant critical projects as assigned.
  • Providing seamless operational support for Assembly, back-end process (techlube/phosphate etc.), Production & Quality functions on day-to-day basis.
  • Being responsible for the safety of own self and others while working on site.

Fuel your passion.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with relevant experience with at least 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Be able to work comfortably within a team setting with minimum guidance.
  • Have a knowledge of design for manufacturability, lean manufacturing techniques, quality system and SPC tools.
