What we seek to accomplish together:
- Able to deploy and maintain cyber security devices and performing on-site and remote installation and support.
- Will also perform configuration, testing and maintenance support for the security devices.
- Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.
- Develop & maintain technical and configurations documentation
- Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.
- Perform basic administration of RSA solutions and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security
- Consolidation of devices statistics report for the security devices
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
- Willing to do 24 X 7 standby
A little about you:
- Degree in IT, Computer Engineering / Information Technology, or the related field.
- At-least 2 years working experience in Network/Cyber Security function.
- Follow pre-defined actions to investigate possible security incidents or perform incident response actions, including escalating to other support groups
- Experience with Checkpoint, FortiGate and Palo Alto firewall.
- Familiar with Symantec SEPM, CCS and DCS
- Familiar with Splunk Enterprise, BeyondTrust and RSA
