Customer Support Executive / Assistant (4 to 8 months contract – maternity cover)
Duties:
- Quotation
- Liaising with customers
- Answer phone calls
- Support sales team
- Filing
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 5-Day work week
Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal skill
- Strong co-ordination skill
- Fast typing skill
- Able to speak to customers clearly and politely on the phone
- Able to handle all calls in a professional and calm manner
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work in fast – paced environment
- Overtime Required with Overtime Remuneration
- Min Diploma / GCE ‘A’ Level (or waiting for 'A' Level results)
