Customer Support Executive / Assistant (4 to 8 months contract – maternity cover)


Duties:

  • Quotation
  • Liaising with customers
  • Answer phone calls
  • Support sales team
  • Filing
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • 5-Day work week

Requirements:

  • Strong Interpersonal skill
  • Strong co-ordination skill
  • Fast typing skill
  • Able to speak to customers clearly and politely on the phone
  • Able to handle all calls in a professional and calm manner
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to work in fast – paced environment
  • Overtime Required with Overtime Remuneration
  • Min Diploma / GCE ‘A’ Level (or waiting for 'A' Level results)
