Responsibilities:
• Conceptualise, lead and implement the overall marketing strategy for all brands under the group.
• Ensure that all marketing activities and collaterals are in line with brand equity.
• Define and deliver on all marketing related KPIs such as Awareness, Engagement, Retention etc.
• Work with cross functional heads to ensure marketing activities have a positive impact on Sales performance.
• Manage a team size of 5-7 people.
• Keep abreast of competitor activities and market developments.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years experience across Marketing roles in Product Management, Social Media, Digital Marketing, CRM and Public Relations.
• Experience in team management/ Leadership.
• Experience in FMCG/ Beauty/ Fashion/ Retail is strongly preferred
• Self-starter, motivated and driven to constantly find ways to improve the business.
• Relish challenges, able to handle pressure of being accountable for Marketing Profit and Loss.
