Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Handle full scope payroll activities including monthly payroll processing, OT, Part-timer, Resignee, Intern, bonuses, bank upload, CPF submission etc for 500-600 employees.
- Responsible for submission of IR8A, IR21 tax clearance for departing foreign workers, Childcare/Maternity/Paternity claims, NS make-up claims etc on a timely basis.
- Prepare monthly payroll-related journal entries, reports and salary reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll information and templates for annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist in coordinating annual increment/bonus exercise.
- Ensure payroll payment are in accordance with local statutory guidelines and company policies.
- Provide advice and support on payroll related queries to employees.
- Coordinate with HR and verify payroll information
- Assist in Auditor queries, forms, government survey, etc on payroll related.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- At least 5 years working experience in Payroll function
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act, IRAS legislation in relation to payroll matters
- Strong in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines
