Our client is from Food Industry. They are looking for a Sales Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and develop strategic plans in designated regions, including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other specified areas.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through compelling corporate presentations to both new and existing clients.
- Offer primary technical assistance to distributors and customers, addressing inquiries, providing application knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Foster positive customer relationships by promptly meeting customer needs and handling complaints professionally.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor product development, ensuring a thorough understanding of market conditions.
- Oversee the timely delivery of all orders, maintaining a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Prepare various reports, including sales budgets, monthly sales estimates, and comprehensive customer visit reports.
- Collaborate with the accounts department on payment collections and related transactions, ensuring seamless financial processes.
- Engage in post-sales activities, including the diligent follow-up on customer feedback and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of working experience in Chemical industry.
