The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned business unit across a variety of assigned accounts and new business opportunities in the APAC region.
Primary Responsibilities
Propel Materion’s sales performance
· Directing and meeting value-added sales goals for profitable growth, account, and market development by identifying and converting opportunities across a wide range of assigned accounts in the APAC region
· Effectively lead, coach, and manage assigned accounts by concentrating on growth at key customers and new business development opportunities
· Take qualified leads and convert them into new contacts, accounts, and NBO’s
· Analyze sales metrics, and pipeline and monitor the delivery and follow-up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction
· Expand the Company business relationship throughout the entire customer organization in the APAC business unit
· Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
· Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, distributors, and industry influencers.
· Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing and sales initiatives that drive mutual growth.
· Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in the engineering field, materials, mechanical, or electronics preferred.
Experience
· Minimum 8-10 years in sales, marketing, customer technical service, or equivalent technical field
Capabilities
· Ability to think strategically and execute the overall sales and marketing business plan
· Exemplary interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and AM team members
· Maintain a motivated and energized attitude, eager to lead and drive improvements in performance

· Knowledge of CRM (Sugar™) and SAP preferred
· Strong moral and ethical compass
· Travel up to 50%
