Summary
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
- Basic $2,800 - $3,800 (depends on experience)
- AWS (13 month) + VB (avg. 1-2 months)
- Start from 14 days Annual Leave
- Working Location - Tuas (Transport Provided @ Lakeside MRT)
Job Scope
- Assist in preparing sales proposal.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Co-ordinate after sales support to clients when needed.
- Handle order processing and liaise/oversee delivery arrangements.
- Assist in preparation of promotional materials for events and conferences.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Monitor project progress and assist to handle any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Job Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma holder
- Min. 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales Coordinator / Project Coordinator related
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with China factory
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
