Telemedicine Customer Service Specialist

Type:

Part-Time (30 hours/week)


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends)


Remuneration (hourly): $12/hour


Location: 1st 2 weeks work at the clinic or office for training, with the option to "work-from-home" subsequently.


Language Competency:

Able to converse with clients fluently in English (essential) and Mandarin (for Chinese Speaking Customers) over WhatsApp or Phone Calls


Clinic Duties:

  1. WhatsApp Customer Chat:Respond to customer inquiries using pre-written templates.
    Assist in patient registration and manage patient queues.
  2. Clinic Management Software:Facilitate patient registration.
    Handle the collection of payments from patients.
  3. e-Pharmacy Platform:Input medication orders for dispensing.
    Manage follow-ups with pharmacy orders and coordinate deliveries to patients.
  4. Data Entry - saving patient contacts into contact list database

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Efficiency and Accuracy: Must be able to handle high patient volumes quickly and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially using chat and messaging platforms.
  3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure all patient information is entered correctly and all inquiries are responded to accurately.
  4. Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new tools and software, and willingness to work from both the clinic and home environments.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
