- Position: Senior Finance Executive (General Ledger)
- Location: Sin Ming
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm/8.30am-6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus (2-5 Months) Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance manager in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports
- Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet
- Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing
- Engage with external financial auditors on audit, tax and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit
- Project accurate cash flow and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for payments and receipts
- Perform analytical review of schedules and preparation of monthly management reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- At least Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous
