Job Description
i. To enter sales order into accounting system.
ii. To prepare sales invoices and delivery orders and follow up with customers' payments;
iii. To maintain customer profile;
iv. To check and maintain inventory record;
v. To create project and update project status by coordinating with project leader;
vi. To update the bank book and prepare bank reconciliation;
vii. To prepare journal entries;
viii. To update and maintain subsidiary accounts;
ix. To prepare inter-company billing
x. To maintain accounting software;
xi. To file accounting documents and reports;
xii. To perform any ad-hoc accounting task assigned by the department head;
xiii. To perform general administrative tasks as and when required;
xiv. To perform all assigned duties and tasks within scheduled time.
Requirements
¨ Diploma in accounting,
¨ Min 1 year experience in handling accounts;
¨ Prefer to have experience in assisting superior in preparation of financial and management reports;
¨ Knowledge of accounting software, preferably with SAP experience;
¨ Possess initiative, responsible and able to work independently;
¨ Good team player.
