Job Description
- Prepare documentation required for the project
- Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance
- Work with team of engineers and supervisors to execute all site works
- Plan, schedule and monitor progress on site
- Ensure all works adhere to planned timeline
- Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- Minimize environmental impact from the construction activities
- Ensure the adherence to all HSE policies
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required
- Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline
- Min 10 years of working experience in construction industry
- Good project management, communication and good leadership
- Good leadership and organizing abilities
